A year in the making, the design collaboration with Inhabit Design Build and DEIV Architecture has produced Salt Lake City’s first neighborhood tavern. The project is located at 850 East 900 South in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The building was originally a house that had been converted to a retail store. Our project cut new window and door openings, rebuilt the structure of the roof, popped the ceiling up to a great vault in the middle and provided code necessary facilities. The building also now has a state of the art commercial kitchen. Additionally, a new front patio for outdoor dining was added.
