It has been over a year and a half in the making, but construction has now officially started on the Bear River Valley Care Center – Physical Therapy Addition in Tremonton, Utah. The groundbreaking ceremony was held on site with dignitaries including the mayor of Tremonton, several city council people, the local representative to the state legislature, and Box Elder County government officials.
The addition is a much needed space for a nursing home that provides much needed services to the community. The new physical therapy gym will allow the facility to provide rehabilitation services to those Tremonton citizens who now have to stay in a care facility in Ogden while being rehabilitated after orthopedic surgery.
The ceremony was short and enjoyable. At the completion, the biggest fans of DEIV Architecture joined in the action and turned shovel fulls of dirt along with firm President, David Clayton, AIA.
